-Homes built prior to the year 1980 are NOT eligible.
-Must have not received repair from Habitat for
Humanity in the past 8 years (some exceptions apply)
-Must meet household and income guidelines:
1 person / up to $33,000
2 people / up to $37,700
3 people / up to $42,400
4 people / up to $47,100
5 people / up to $50,900
6 people / up to $54,650
For each additional person in your household add $4,700
